Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Laborer to join our Horizontal Auger Boring crew. This position involves hands-on work at various jobsites, requiring physical labor, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, climbing, and handling equipment. Assist in horizontal auger boring operations under the guidance of experienced crew members. Learn and assist with welding tasks as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols on the jobsite. Attend safety training and job-specific training sessions. Travel to job sites, including overnight stays as required by the project schedule. Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Valid driver's license is required. Commitment to obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within a designated timeframe. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and develop skills in welding and other technical areas. Must be able to stay out of town as required by job schedules. Adherence to company safety policies and participation in all required training.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Per diem provided for overnight stays, paid quarterly. Opportunities for overtime. Benefits package including health insurance after 90 Days.
