Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing a variety of construction tasks, ensuring that each phase of the project progresses smoothly and safely. Your hands-on involvement will contribute directly to creating durable structures, beautiful landscapes, and functional spaces. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, work hard, and grow within a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and preparing work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Support concrete-related activities including mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete to specifications. Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) according to blueprints and technical drawings to strengthen concrete structures. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for installing formwork, drywall, stucco, plastering, and other building components. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is highly preferred but not required Ability to follow verbal directions Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other construction machinery. Knowledge of construction site safety regulations including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). (We can teach you) Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and not afraid to work.
