Job Summary Signature Property Services is hiring a Construction Crew Leader/Supervisor to manage job sites and lead a small crew. This role is for someone who can take ownership of projects, keep jobs on schedule, and maintain high-quality work from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 workers on job sites Run daily operations and keep projects on schedule Assign tasks and ensure crew productivity Maintain quality control and attention to detail Ensure job site cleanliness and safety Communicate progress, issues, and updates Coordinate materials and workflow Requirements 3+ years of construction/remodeling experience Prior leadership or foreman experience

REQUIRED

Ability to run a job independently from start to finish Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Reliable and professional Valid driver's license and transportation What We're Looking For Someone who can take ownership of job sites Keeps crews productive and on task Does not need constant supervision Takes pride in quality work Pay & Growth $25
