Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine siding layout and materials needed Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary insulation or backing materials before installation Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to install vinyl siding according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols Ensure proper fastening of siding panels, trim, and accessories while maintaining consistent alignment and appearance Follow construction safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, proper ladder use, and adherence to workplace safety standards Assist with related exterior remodeling tasks such as soffit, fascia, or window trim installation when required Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related construction work such as roofing repair, metal roofing, drywall, or stucco Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and ladder safety practices Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and fabrication processes Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Familiarity with roofing systems such as single-ply membrane roofing or metal stud framing is a plus Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and safety protocol adherence Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly and stand for extended periods during installations Join us in creating beautiful exteriors while ensuring safety and craftsmanship are at the forefront!
