Full Time We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction Journeyman to join our growing team. As a Journeyman, you'll play an essential role in supporting our construction and project crews. From site prep and demo to assembly, materials handling, and general labor, you'll be hands-on at every stage. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in the trades, reliable, and ready to grow within a company that invests in its people.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks across job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support the setup and maintenance of construction equipment
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris and hazard removal
- Work collaboratively with crews to meet project timelines
- Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, framing, or demo as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in line with our standards for quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of construction or related experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Speak English Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and use hand tools safely
- Stamina to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods
- Overtime may be required based on project needs
