Experience in handyman type work, home remodeling, carpentry, door and window installation, drywall, cellulose insulation blowing or other residential construction related work is required. This is a fairly easy, fast paced and fun job with pay that is above average for the type of work required. Starting pay for helpers is $15.00/hr. for a SHORT training period. This training period could last 2 weeks or up to 3 months depending on your skills, attitude and motivation. After training is complete, this position is salaried + bonuses with pay averaging $660-$900 per week for a crew member. There is a potential for $1200-$1500+ per week for anyone motivated and skilled enough to move up into a crew leader position in the future. Employees must train on a crew before being considered for a crew lead position. You must be able to work 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our typical work day starts between 7:00 and 8:00 am and ends between between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Overnight travel within Oklahoma is required approximately 8 weeks a year spread throughout the year. Hotels and a per diem are provided when an overnight stay is necessary.
