In this energetic role, interpret technical drawings, and install underground utilities such as water supply systems, sanitary and stormwater drainage, and sewer lines. Your expertise will help ensure the safe, efficient, and precise installation of utility systems that serve communities and industries alike. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, teamwork, and technical skill come together to create lasting infrastructure solutions. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to follow specifications accurately Install underground utilities such as sanitary sewers, water supply systems, stormwater systems, and oil & gas pipelines with precision Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground infrastructure before excavation or installation Use hand tools and pipe lasers to ensure proper pipe alignment, pipe laser calibration, and accurate pipe installation Perform concrete finishing tasks including forming and pouring concrete for utility structures when needed Follow all safety regulations including federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team Requirements Strong knowledge of utility trenching, sewer line installation, pipeline work, and underground utilities installation Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to interpret construction plans and specifications Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction site operations and federal safety regulations Skilled in using hand tools, welding equipment, concrete finishing tools, and pipe lasers for precise work Experience working with wastewater systems, sanitary drainage systems, stormwater systems, and water supply projects is highly desirable Knowledge of construction site safety practices including trench shoring, hazard recognition, and proper PPE use Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while adhering to safety regulations Join us in building reliable infrastructure that powers communities!
