Job Description

Construction Laborer / Helper — Full-Time Bailey's Construction LLC — Grants Pass / Medford / Rogue Valley, OR Bailey's Construction LLC is a licensed, insured Southern Oregon contractor (CCB #340434) specializing in flooring installation, bathroom and shower remodels, decks, fencing, and general residential and commercial construction. We're growing and looking to add a hardworking laborer/helper to our team.

What You'll Do:

Assist lead installers with flooring (hardwood, tile, LVT, carpet), demo, and prep work Help on remodel projects including bathroom/shower builds, decks, and fencing Load/unload materials, keep job sites clean and organized Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision Learn hands-on trade skills from experienced tradesmen

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day Willingness to learn — no experience required, but construction/flooring experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Punctual, team-oriented, takes direction well

Pay & Details:
