Required:

• Must have at least three years experience in remodel and new-build projects, framing to finish carpentry, roofing, siding
• Time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and be insurable
• Dependable - arrive at work on time every day

Preferred:

• Experience in - deck building, drywall, flooring, painting, equipment operating

Summary:

Looking for an experienced Laborer. The ideal candidate must be experience, coachable, and reliable.

Duties Include:

• Complete general labor projects and tasks as assigned by the foreman, lead, or company owner
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects
• Maintain a positive and co-operative work environment
• Be familiar with and follow OSHA safety requirements
• Ensure projects are completed with attention to detail
• Plan with lead/foreman to solve problems which may arise
• Use proper procedure to ensure quality construction
• Help train other employees to perform construction tasks proficiently
• Perform heavy lifting and strenuous labor tasks

Hours:

• 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday
• Occasional overtime on
