Position:
Roofers and General Laborers In this role, you ll work alongside an experienced crew, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality roof installations, repairs, and re-roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform labor on commercial roofing projects, including tear-offs, re-roofing, and roof repairs. Install and maintain various roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofing. Assist with the installation of metal roofing components such as flashing, wall panels, fascia, and soffits.
Qualifications:
Hardworking, reliable, and punctual. Enjoy working outdoors and with tools. Willingness to learn and work safely. Comfortably working at heights and climbing ladders. Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required. Ability to travel out of state as needed for certain projects.

Hourly Pay Rate:
