Full-Time Job Summary Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking 10+ hard-working Skilled Laborers to support an active civil construction project. This is a hands-on position suited for dependable individuals who are willing to work hard, learn quickly, and take direction from experienced supervisors. The majority of the work will involve concrete and civil construction, with additional responsibilities supporting mechanical and electrical crews as needed. Candidates do not need an extensive construction background—the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to work are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Assist with concrete placement, pouring, spreading, and finishing activities. Perform general civil construction and site labor duties. Shovel, move, carry, load, and unload materials and equipment. Perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Assist skilled tradesmen and project crews with daily tasks. Support mechanical and electrical crews as directed. Move tools, materials, and equipment around the jobsite. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow directions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople. Follow all required safety procedures and jobsite policies. Perform additional construction and labor duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous concrete, civil, general labor, mechanical, or electrical experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Willingness to perform physically demanding work. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation to the jobsite. Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all jobsite safety requirements. Compensation & Travel Opportunities Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
