Job Description

Overview Position Title:
General Laborer-Flooring Company We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our flooring team. This position assists with the installation, removal, and transportation of flooring materials while helping maintain safe and efficient job sites. No prior flooring experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform physical labor and assist with daily operations. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Remove existing flooring and prepare surfaces for installation. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting and material handling. Sweep, vacuum, and maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Skills Ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds. Previous knowledge combined with hands-on experience in flooring installation is a plus but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in tasks like tile laying or flooring installation. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn is a must.

From $15.00 per hour
