Job Description
Growing Seasons Landscaping (GSL), located in Canonsburg, PA, is a well-established company specializing in environmental and site maintenance services across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. As a Well Services Team Member, you will be an essential part of projects that help maintain and protect local environments. This hands-on, outdoor role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and are eager to learn new skills. Responsibilities Install erosion control measures, including silt fences, straw, and matting Perform site cleanup, seeding, and vegetation management Clean drainage areas, culverts, and job sites to uphold environmental standards Set up traffic control and maintain safe work zones Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as chainsaws, weed whackers, and brush hogs Assist with grading, hauling, and general labor tasks as needed Help maintain trucks, trailers, and other equipment Participate in snow plowing and salting during winter months (training provided) Operate skid steers and plow trucks during snow events Qualifications Valid drivers license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round Reliable transportation to meet with the crew at designated locations Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures; PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection) Experience in construction, landscaping, or equipment operation is a plus, but not required Mechanical skills and snow removal experience are beneficial CDL A or B, equipment operation, and oilfield/energy services experience are optional and valued Compensation $18/hr $22/hr , based on experience and qualifications.
