Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and preparing work areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and saws to support construction activities Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to assist with formwork construction, rebar installation, and concrete pouring Perform tasks related to concrete finishing, cutting, and stucco application while maintaining high-quality standards Support carpentry tasks including metal stud framing, drywall installation, and formwork construction Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while maintaining proper technique to prevent injuries Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects or in a construction workplace environment Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as concrete mixers and cutting tools Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing, and caulking techniques Experience with heavy lifting, drywall installation, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, and metal stud framing preferred Understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to following safety protocols at all times Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills contribute directly to building durable structures!
