As we expand, we are adding 3 new Lead Teachers to our Toddler and Preschool classrooms. Our center is a warm, happy place where children feel loved and teachers feel supported. Schedule and Pay Full-time:

35 to 40 hours per week

Pay:

$16 to $21 per hour, based on education and experience $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year What You Will Do Run your classroom. Set up routines, manage transitions, and keep your room calm, organized, and on schedule. Teach with purpose. Plan weekly lessons that build language, early math, social skills, and school readiness. Track each child's growth. Observe, complete assessments, and share progress with families. Keep every child safe. Supervise closely, stay in ratio, and follow health and safety policies. Build trust with families. Give daily updates and handle concerns with care and professionalism. Lead your room. Guide your assistant teacher and set the standard for your classroom.
