About Us Twin County Construction is a newly formed, family-owned construction company serving homeowners throughout the Honey Brook area and surrounding communities. We provide interior and exterior residential remodeling and framing, from kitchens, bathrooms, and basements to windows, doors, roofing, siding, and decks. As a small, faith-based company, we're focused on quality work, serving our customers well, and building a business where our team can grow along with us. What You'll Do as aConstruction Worker/Driver Drive:
Safely operate a GMC 2500 and pull a 20-foot trailer when needed to transport the crew, tools, equipment, and materials to residential job sites.Load:
Secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials needed for each project.Build:
Assist with residential remodeling projects involving windows, doors, roofing, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and more.Perform:
Take on hands-on demolition, carpentry, installation, and general construction work while safely using hand and power tools.Maintain:
Keep job sites, tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized throughout each project.Follow:
Work safely by following established procedures and the owner's direction on the job site.Support:
Work efficiently alongside the owner to keep projects moving on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.Represent:
Provide a professional presence when working at customers' homes and job sites.Our Ideal Construction Worker/Driver Experienced:
2+ years of construction experience is preferred, but we're open to entry-level candidates who are willing to learn through on-the-job training.Safety-Conscious:
You work safely around tools, equipment, vehicles, trailers, ladders, and active construction sites.Reliable Driver:
You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 5 years.Hands-On:
You can bend, kneel, work from ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 100 lbs.Prepared:
You have a basic tool belt and personal hand tools; most other tools and equipment are provided on the company truck.Hardworking & Teachable:
You bring a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn while contributing to a small, faith-based team.What We Offer Our Construction Worker/Driver Pay Range:
$22-$28/hour,DOE Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Consistent Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, generally from 6:00 AM-4:30/5:00 PM.
