Job Description

Perform manual labor as necessary. This hourly, non exempt position will work with direct and indirect supervision.
Essential Functions:
Provide assistance and support for all aspects of projects. Perform manual labor as assigned. Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment. Frequently work more than 40 hours per week and Saturdays. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Ability to Work/Stay out of town as needed for projects.
Ability to:
Learn safety, operations, and equipment. Learn and follow HUC company policies and procedures. Work in a environment with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous construction worked preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Constant:
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.
Frequent:
Ability to tolerate exposure to dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, noise, and confined spaces
Frequent:
Ability to bend, sit, stoop, and stand for long periods of time in the outdoor weather.
Frequent:
Ability to shovel.
Occasional:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Occasional:
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
