Job Description
Job Overview PTM is searching for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team. The ideal laborer will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to attention to detail. We mainly work in installing, removing, and modifying underground storage tanks and fuel systems. Being in a small and specialized field, we understand not everyone has seen or done what we do. If you're willing to work hard, show up every day with a positive attitude, and learn, we'll teach you the rest. Every new employee works alongside experienced foremen, operators, and crew members who provide hands-on training from day one. Crew members ride from the shop to each job site in company vehicles. Your paid time begins when you arrive at the shop and ends when the crew finishes at the job site for the day. Opportunity for growth (CDL, Operator, Foreman) Duties Every day is different, but typical responsibilities include: Assist in preparing the truck every morning: fueling up, loading materials for the day, asking what needs done or loaded. Work safely around excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment Load and unload materials and equipment Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Know how to read and use a tape measure. Install underground piping and fuel system components.
