This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves general plant clean-up, material removal, basic maintenance support, and assisting with daily site operations. The Laborer will work as part of a team in an industrial environment where following safety procedures, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe work area are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform general plant clean-up, including removing trash, debris, and waste generated from maintenance and repair activities. Sweep, shovel, and power wash floors, equipment areas, buildings, and other workspaces. Clean and maintain safe access to confined-space entry points for inspections and maintenance activities. Assist with painting, surface preparation, and general touch-up work as needed. Remove dust and debris from machinery, structural components, and work areas. Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with site procedures. Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures. Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Preferred Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to workplace safety and established procedures. Dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physically demanding work.
