The New Construction Installer position plays a critical role in the achievement of our strategic objective. This position ensures the timely execution of assigned work orders - resulting in exceptional quality control and the recognition of our Core Values. Role and Responsibilities

• Must be capable of excelling in three critical areas; Attitude, Effort and Ability .
• The ability to do physical work such as lifting, squatting, jumping and crawling out of ditches, ability to climb up and down a ladder, walking and maneuvering on uneven ground.
• Comfortable working in all kinds of inclement weather such as but not limited to; rain, snow, cold, hot, dusty, and muddy conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must possess the ability to do simple math such as but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Must possess the ability to read and translate a tape measure.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and get along with your fellow workers.
• Must have an insurable driving record and have the ability to operate and maneuver a truck and trailer safely and respectfully.
