Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a General Contractor Laborer and become a vital part of building exceptional structures across diverse projects. Whether working on new builds, remodeling, or exterior hardscape installations, you'll be at the forefront of transforming blueprints into reality while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials including drywall, stucco, tile, masonry, and trim carpentry to ensure precise and durable finishes. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction tasks. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately on-site. Perform site inspections, including construction inspection and quality checks, to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Support window installation, door hanging, caulking, plastering, and electrical work as needed to meet project timelines. Conduct outdoor work activities such as hardscape installation and masonry work while maintaining safety protocol adherence. Assist with construction management tasks like estimating materials, managing supplies, and coordinating with subcontractors for seamless project execution. Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with construction projects is a plus. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely in outdoor or indoor environments. Knowledge of building construction processes including remodeling, window installation, masonry, tile laying, and stucco application. Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to accurately carry out assigned tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocols relevant to construction sites to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Background in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry enhances your versatility on diverse projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding outdoor conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
