Job Overview BF Maintenance is a busy remodeling and handyman company looking for a Construction team member to join our growing team! Seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and quality-focused individual. BF Maintenance offers both small service call jobs as well as full remodeling services to its clients. Construction Team Member will assist with renovations, remodels, and repairs across multiple single-family and multi-family properties located within 40 miles of Pottstown. This position is full-time. Duties Follow the Supervisor's direction Perform light plumbing such as plumbing sinks and connecting vanities and tubs Perform intermediate electrical tasks, such as installing new light fixtures, moving outlets, etc To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various properties when needed Perform general remodeling of residential single-family and apartment units Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including but not limited to small electrical, small plumbing, drywall repair, and painting Keep the jobsite clean and organized Properly handle materials and tools Complete tasks safely Communicate issues efficiently and be able to adapt accordingly Other duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA standards or equivalent safety protocols. Strong teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively on-site. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
