Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavation, and soil conditioning for landscape projects Support hardscaping construction such as paving, stonework, masonry, and installing retaining walls or pathways Handle building material installation including fencing, decking, and outdoor structures Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, cutting, mixing materials, and assembly Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of designs Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris and securing tools and materials Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Skills Proven construction experience with knowledge of building construction, hardscaping, masonry, and landscaping techniques Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and plumbing or electrical installations when needed Experience with window installation, door hanging, drywall finishing, caulking, stucco application, plastering or tile laying is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols diligently Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to operate equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators This role is paid and offers a fantastic chance to build expertise across multiple facets of landscape construction while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
