Description Job Description:

A Fence Laborer installs, repairs, and maintains different types of fencing for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role involves physical labor, use of hand and power tools, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Measure and mark property lines to determine fence layout.

Dig post holes manually or using equipment.

Set fence posts in concrete or other materials.

Install fence panels, rails, wire, gates, and hardware.

Operate tools and machinery such as post-hole diggers, saws, drills, and nail guns.

Inspect and repair existing fences, replacing damaged sections as needed.

Load, unload, and organize materials at job sites.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, carrying).

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of tools, construction, or carpentry helpful.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Valid driver's license is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or related trades.

Equipment operation experience (skid steer, auger, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits. Additional Details
