You will be actively involved in supporting construction projects, learning safety protocols, and gaining practical knowledge of construction processes. Duties Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, material transport, and equipment setup to facilitate smooth workflow. Participate in implementing OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper maintenance and safe usage. Help with equipment repair and troubleshooting to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition. Contribute to climbing tasks, site inspections, and safety audits to uphold high safety standards across all activities. Skills Strong ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and interpret technical drawings accurately. Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of equipment repair, power tools, and industrial machinery. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and respiratory protection protocols. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking. Understanding of safety regulations related to industrial construction environments and implementation of safety procedures. Ability to work effectively within a team, follow detailed instructions, and prioritize safety at all times.
