We maintain a steady workflow year-round and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to excellence. Job Overview We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. This position involves providing essential support to skilled tradespeople while gaining valuable construction experience across various project types. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cleaning job sites, including removing debris and hazards Loading and unloading building materials, tools, and equipment Transporting materials to where they are needed on the job site Assisting carpenters and other tradespeople as directed Setting up and taking down scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures Operating basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective equipment Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors Maintaining organization of tools, materials, and work areas Assisting with measurements and basic layout tasks under supervision Required Qualifications Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks throughout a full workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology (or willingness to learn) Reliability and punctuality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Basic math skills for simple measurements and calculations Valid Driver's License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) OSHA 10 certification (preferred or willing to take company paid course) Preferred Skills & Experience Previous construction or general labor experience Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment Knowledge of basic construction safety practices Experience with concrete work, framing, or carpentry assistance Willingness to work in all weather conditions
