We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agent to join a growing team in the Scranton area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction. Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and requests.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
Document all customer interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
Process requests, updates, and transactions with accuracy.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service while building positive customer relationships. Previous call center, customer service, or office experience preferred.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
