Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Temporary Painter/Laborer to join our painting team and help us finish up the exterior season. This position will end October 31st, but there is opportunity to be hired permanently for the right person with pay increase and benefits. In this role, you will assist with a variety of painting and general labor tasks on residential projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction painting, surface preparation, and site maintenance while working in a fast-paced environment. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help ensure project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, and other surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other hand or power tools. Assist with the installation of fixtures, remodeling tasks, and general handyman duties as needed on-site. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety regulations at all times. Use ladders safely for elevated work and follow all safety protocols including the use of respiratory protection and personal protective equipment (PPE). working with a team to complete the project at hand Requirements Will train the right applicant Some construction or handy experience is a plus painting experience in the residential field being on time and respectful on the job must have a driver's license and vehicle

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
