The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of tasks on residential remodeling and construction sites, including demolition, material handling, site preparation, basic carpentry support, cleanup, and general maintenance. This position is a great opportunity to learn multiple trades in a hands-on environment with potential for growth. Pay will be reflective of experience. The clients we service are located in Northern Rhode Island, Central Rhode Island, and Southeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities Assist with home improvement projects such as flooring, drywall, painting, fences, framing, and siding. Load and unload materials and tools. Prepare and clean up job sites before and after projects. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Demolish existing structures as needed. Measure, cut, and assemble materials under direction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior construction or general labor experience a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
