Required Availability:

Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:30

PM Experience Required:

Applicants must have previous restaurant experience or experience working in the service/hospitality industry . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet arriving guests promptly and professionally. Seat guests comfortably and provide menus. Manage the seating rotation and help maintain an organized flow throughout the dining room. Make sure tables are clean, properly set, and ready before seating guests. Keep the host stand and service podium clean, stocked, and organized. Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the shift. Handle busy takeout phone orders quickly and accurately. Take reservations and answer guest questions. Accurately enter takeout orders and communicate special requests. Be comfortable handling multiple phone calls, takeout orders, reservations, and arriving guests at the same time. Communicate effectively with servers, managers, takeout staff, and other team members. Provide excellent guest service in a busy, fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, personable, able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure during busy periods. Please apply with your resume attached.
