If you are a reliable worker who takes pride in solid day-in, day-out physical labor, surface prep, and quality industrial coatings application, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform heavy prep work including surface scraping, hand-sanding, rust removal, caulking, patching, and masking. Execute brush and roller painting on industrial interior and exterior surfaces, equipment, structural components, and walls. Set up plastic sheeting, drop cloths, and protective materials to shield industrial machinery, floors, and surrounding areas. Load, unload, carry, and organize paint drums, supplies, ladders, and scaffolding materials. Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools, brushes, and rollers are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Strictly follow all facility safety protocols and work collaboratively with site supervisors.
