Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including setting up tools and equipment,Perform various duties such as digging, leveling, and transporting materials Clean up job sites and handle hazardous materials in a safe manner Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans Assist skilled workers with various tasks including mixing mortar, cutting bricks and tiles, transporting and assembling materials Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and safely stored Adhere to company guidelines and safety standards on all job sites Required Skills Basic understanding of construction processes and methods Ability to operate construction equipment safely Physical strength and stamina required to handle labor-intensive tasks Strong communication skills to effectively follow instructions Ability to work well in a teamwork-oriented environment
