Responsibilities Assist with installation and takedown of custom Christmas light displays Safely use ladders, lifts, and power tools Load/unload materials, handle extension cords and electrical connections Support crew leads on-site with setup and layout Maintain a clean and safe worksite Represent the Christmas Elves brand with professionalism and courtesy Requirements Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet most of the day Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to job sites Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Preferred (but not required) Experience towing trailers or operating lifts Your own work truck/van (mileage reimbursement available) Personal ladders, climbing harness, or gear Carrying your own liability/workers comp insurance is a plus Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Flexible weekday and weekend hours Paid training Work with a fun, supportive crew in your local area Opportunities to return each season This Job Is NOT for
