We are seeking a hardworking, reliable General Laborer to support day-to-day construction activities on active job sites. This role involves a variety of manual labor tasks to assist skilled tradespeople and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Pay:

$18.00- $20.00 per hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, operators, etc.) with daily tasksLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on-siteClean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and hazardsDig, level, and grade ground as neededSet up and break down equipment, barricades, and signageOperate basic hand and power tools as directedAssist with the setup of scaffolding, forms, and other temporary structuresFollow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all timesFollow instructions from supervisors and foremenPerform other general labor duties as assigned

Required:

Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred, but not always requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (or adjust based on role)Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periodsWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work safely around heavy equipment, machinery, and active construction environments
