Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Construction Person to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to move materials, tools, and equipment safely around the site Operate power tools and equipment for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembly, ensuring proper maintenance and repair when needed Implement erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability during construction activities Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Conduct site inspections workplace safety compliance and general site conditions Support the installation of construction components according to blueprints and technical drawings while adhering to safety guidelines Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or commercial construction environments with a focus on manual labor tasks Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and implementation of safety protocols Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights in various weather conditions Strong understanding of respiratory protection requirements and other personal protective equipment (PPE) standards Experience with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment operation is essential Must have experience in jobsite managing Experience with painting, framing and stucco. Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
