Construction General Laborer Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Construction General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for running people, parts, and tools as needed, ensuring efficient operations within the construction site. Responsibilities Transport necessary parts and tools to designated areas. Support construction operations by assisting with equipment and materials. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Scissor Lift Essential Skills General labor experience in construction settings. Proficiency with using and handling various construction tools. Scissor lift experience and certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Expirence in construction and familiarity with tools. Work Environment The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings. Day shift positions operate Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, and Sunday from 7 AM to 12:30 PM. Night shift positions are available 7 days a week from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
