This role involves assisting with various construction projects, primarily focusing on remodeling and outdoor work. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects. Duties Assist with remodeling projects, including demolition, material handling, and site preparation Perform outdoor construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris removal Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment Perform general labor duties as assigned to support project timelines and quality standards Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience preferred, especially in construction or remodeling environments Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Good teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction field while contributing to diverse projects.
