Job Description
About B2 Medical B2 Medical designs, fabricates, and deploys modular medical facilities throughout the United States. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds high-quality medical environments. What You'll Do Build and fabricate modular medical units as part of a skilled production team. Cut, measure, and assemble steel and aluminum framing components. Perform MIG welding and torch cutting (training available for qualified candidates). Install walls, flooring, insulation, doors, and interior finishes. Assist with electrical and plumbing rough-in preparation. Operate fabrication and construction equipment, including grinders, saws, drills, and other hand and power tools. Read and follow drawings, measurements, and project specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with delivery, deployment, and installation of completed modular units when required. Work alongside experienced team members to develop valuable trade and fabrication skills. Required Qualifications Experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, welding, or other skilled trades. Experience with flooring, finish work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Ability to work safely in a shop and construction environment. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications MIG welding, torch cutting, or metal fabrication experience. Experience operating equipment, forklifts, rigging equipment, or heavy machinery. Ability to read blueprints and work from measurements. OSHA 10 or other construction-related certifications.
