Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer. This role offers hands-on experience working on construction projects in commercial developments. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in various construction disciplines while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Record field notes, sketches, and supplemental measurements as instructed, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support traffic control and site safety procedures in accordance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and equipment before, during, and after fieldwork. Report discrepancies, damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or unclear instructions to the Party Chief immediately. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle survey equipment and materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Basic understanding of measurements, directions, and construction terminology preferred. Willingness to learn surveying methods, procedures, and field equipment operation. Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
