This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated crew of 45 team members on a variety of commercial landscape construction projects. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a crew of 45 employees on daily commercial landscape construction activities. Install irrigation systems, unit pavers, trees, plants, soils, mulch, and other landscape improvements according to project plans. Interpret and execute landscape plans, ensuring all work meets company quality standards. Promote and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices at all times. Communicate effectively with crew members in both English and Spanish to ensure project goals are met. Train, mentor, and support crew members, fostering teamwork and accountability within the crew. Qualifications Experience in commercial landscape construction required. Previous experience leading a crew is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation, planting, and hardscape installation techniques. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs., and work extended hours with overtime as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compensation Starting at $25+/hour , depending on skills and experience. Regular overtime opportunities available.
