Overtime Available Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start), 8-10 hour shifts. Regular Saturday half-days may be required.

Contract-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking motivated Skilled Laborers to join a growing precast concrete manufacturing operation in Buda, TX. This role supports the production of aluminum concrete forms and infrastructure products used throughout the construction industry. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor environments and be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy materials. This is a hands-on position offering consistent hours, regular overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth within a stable organization. Key Responsibilities Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily production tasks. Shape and prepare rebar according to specifications. Build and assemble aluminum forms used in concrete production. Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and blueprints. Move, position, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Assist with general site cleanup and maintain a safe working environment. Support production and construction-related activities as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications Required:

Experience using hand and power tools. Previous construction, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience. Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred:

Experience with concrete, precast, or construction materials. Rebar, form building, or fabrication experience. Forklift experience is a plus. Work Environment Indoor/outdoor manufacturing facility with a construction-site atmosphere. Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
