Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new building developments. As a Construction Laborer, you'll contribute to safe, efficient construction sites by performing essential tasks that support skilled trades and ensure project success. Duties Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites, including site preparation and debris removal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Support concrete work by pouring, finishing, cutting, and installing rebar and formwork according to blueprints and technical specifications Interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately Install various materials including metal studs, flooring, stucco, plastering, and caulking in accordance with safety protocols Perform heavy lifting and material handling while adhering to construction safety regulations Aid in the operation of concrete pumps and mixers for efficient concrete placement on site Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction environment is highly desirable Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, pouring, cutting, and rebar installation techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety equipment in a construction setting Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and following instructions Embark on an exciting career path where your hands-on skills make a tangible impact!
