Duties Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various phases of construction projects Perform heavy lifting tasks and move materials such as rebar, concrete forms, and framing components efficiently Support rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work to help build durable structures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately Assist with framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry for interior and exterior projects Support roofing, stucco application, caulking, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous for understanding project scope and materials Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or concrete pumps is a plus; certification is preferred but not required Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing demanding tasks safely Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is beneficial for site transportation needs Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork in fast-paced environments Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a supportive and energetic setting!
