Temp-to-Hire Our client in the food production industry is seeking motivated Laborers to join their team in the meat room. This is a hands-on role operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced, cold environment—must be okay with a physical job and working exclusively with raw meat products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery on the processing floor Handle and process raw materials (including meat) to meet production specifications Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate mechanical concerns Follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols Work in a cold room environment (24-28°F), with occasional time in a

You have experience in a physically demanding job and have You're reliable, safety-conscious, and hands-on You're eager to learn how machines work and take initiative to solve problems You're comfortable working in cold conditions and handling raw meat You're open to training Monday-Friday and then moving to a 2-2-3 rotating shift
