Job Overview Willis Construction is seeking a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to assist our crews with a variety of construction and general labor duties. The ideal candidate follows directions, works safely, and is willing to learn while contributing to a productive team. Responsibilities Follow directions from the foreman and crew leaders Perform general construction and labor duties Load, unload, carry, and organize tools and materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist carpenters and other crew members as needed Help prepare, organize, and clean jobsites Assist with demolition, material handling, and site cleanup Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Perform other construction-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Ability to lift and carry more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Safety-conscious and committed to quality work Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred Compensation $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Full Time Health Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Vacation Paid Holidays To Apply Submit your resume or a brief summary of your work experience through Indeed.
