Role:

The General Laborer supports daily site operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment within an active operating facility. This role is critical to ensuring safety compliance and supporting ongoing construction activities. Education Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0-2 years of general labor or construction experience preferred Will consider candidates with relevant transferable skills or willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Perform general site cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, debris removal) Firewatch, hourly walks to check on high priority areas Assist with water management and basic site upkeep Support crews with general labor tasks as needed Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized at all times Follow all site safety protocols and procedures Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience preferred Ability to work in an active operating facility Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation Must pass background check and required site clearances PPE Requirements Steel toe boots required (employee must provide) Physical Demands Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
