Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and effectively on-site. Conduct heavy lifting and operate various equipment to support various phases of construction projects. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone. Support renovation efforts such as applying plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques as needed. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations. Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to interpret blueprint specifications and technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and other equipment such as mixers and pumps. Knowledge of framing, drywall, flooring and general plumbing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for interpreting construction plans and specifications. Prior experience in renovation projects or working with various building materials like stucco or flooring installation is a plus.
