Full Job Description Job Type:

Contract (single job, labor only — materials provided)

Location:

Shallowater, TX (just outside Lubbock)

Start:

ASAP — materials arriving early October We need an experienced installer for a residential vinyl soffit and fascia replacement job near Lubbock. This is a labor-only subcontract — all materials are supplied.

Scope of work:

Remove and replace approximately 240 linear feet of deteriorated wood soffit and fascia with new vinyl soffit panels and aluminum fascia trim coil, including minor wood repairs as needed, installation of J-channel, F-channel, and finishing trim, detaching and reinstalling gutters as needed to access the work area, and full cleanup on completion.

Requirements:

Prior experience installing vinyl soffit and fascia systems, own tools and transportation, references or photos of past work, and availability to start soon.

Pay:

$2,400.00 per week
