A Construction Helper or Worker works at construction sites and projects. Works as a skilled trades worker such as bricklayer, carpenter, painter, electrician or mason, or operates construction equipment.
Treat and inspect wood utility poles at ground level Manually dig around the base of the pole & refilling the hole Applying products to pole for treatment Drilling holes in the pole & tagging pole complete Walking long distances from pole-to-pole while carrying equipment Perform all other duties as assigned by foreman or management 100% Travel Ability Nationwide A strong belief in the company & client safety policy- Being Safe 100% of the time! WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting to 50lbs. Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy through all seasons year round Be comfortable with all types of work environments & terrain like woods, back yards, hills, alleys, roadside, poison ivy, insects, animals, etc. Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, high visible vest when working on-site and carry all other job safety equipment at all times.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
