(832) 454-8163 About the Role Patsco Repair is hiring Auto Glass Repair Technicians for our New Braunfels locations. Training is provided—no prior experience required. Technicians perform windshield rock chip and crack repairs (up to 24") , support customers on-site, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and explain the windshield repair process. Verify insurance coverage and call in work to insurance carriers via cell phone. Repair rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches following company procedures. Complete invoices accurately; submit daily numbers. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area; oversee job site setup. Report to the office weekly for supplies and materials. Requirements Valid driver's license and a working cell phone . Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation to San Antonio and surrounding sites. Professional communication and great customer service.
